Rob is a native of Owensboro, KY and has lived in Kentucky most of his life. He graduated from Owensboro High School in 1989 and from the University of Kentucky in 1993. After graduation, he became a stockbroker and top Nasdaq trader for a regional investment firm in Louisville. He was an active trader in equities as he invested in multiple small and mid cap companies showing strong growth prospects. He later moved on to start his own investment advisory firm trading equities for high net worth clients. He continues to do that today as he maintains his Series 65 license. In addition, he has assisted a client in his medical practice, the purchase and sale of an additional practice and investment in a private placement of radiation and oncology practices with revenues in excess of $12 million dollars. This experience has given him the knowledge and temperament to handle complex buy and sell transactions in multiple sectors. Having analyzed commercial real estate transactions of various clients, he has developed a wealth of knowledge into the structuring of various real estate investments. He enjoys the ups and downs of making a deal work. He is now taking the knowledge from these positions to grow his commercial real estate and auction business in the Southern Kentucky area. He looks forward to working with buyers and sellers in the future as they pursue their investment goals through real estate.
